ひみつのアラシちゃん 武蔵莉衛先生の洗顔方法

ポイントは、

・顔をこすらない。
・よく泡立てた洗顔剤を顔の5箇所（おでこ、ほほ、鼻、あご）に乗せる。
・薬指で最大1センチの範囲を洗う。１センチ以上指で移動してはいけない。摩擦で皮膚が痛むから。
・洗顔剤を洗い流す時は片顔ずつ、水をひっかけるように洗う。なるべく直接顔をこすらない。
・時に上を向いて汚れを取る。重力に負けないように、ですな。
・タオルでふき取るときは、顔をタオルに持っていく。そーーーーっと拭くためらしい。
・週に２回程度、洗顔の後は何もつけない。肌を過剰に甘やかしちゃいけないんだそうだ。
・化粧水をつけたまま放置すると乾燥するからNG。
・お湯で洗わない。

ってのがポイントだそうだ。

ちなみに、その武蔵先生は手を湯船につけたことがないそうで、顔も手もお湯がよくないと言っていた。武蔵先生は５０歳を過ぎているのになんとすっぴん。

んな、１センチ以上指を移動させないで顔を洗うなんて、どんだけ時間がかかるんだ。
